Biometric Enrolment and Verification Solutions
Waymark successfully implemented a solution comprising of our persons biometric enrolment and voters roll management application coupled with fit for purpose custom registration kits to more than 6 African Countries electoral commissions. We enabled the respective electoral commissions to enrol and prepare reliable voters rolls within tight election timelines for their respective countries for more than 120 million voters.
Waymark implemented a solution to enrol and register all Public Servants using our persons biometric enrolment and management application for a West African Country. The solution enabled the government to identify ghost workers and reduced Government’s Salary bill by more than 10%.
Case Management and Investigative Analysis
Waymark provided training and Support of a Social Network Relationships and Analysis Platform to a number of organizations in South Africa that jointly combat poaching and illegal trade of wild life in Southern Africa. This enabled Investigative analyst to reduce the time to gather and establish links of syndicates from weeks of effort to a few hours. Waymark implement an Electronic Patience Case file for a Private Hospital Group with 8 hospitals in South Africa. The solution has enabled the Hospital Group’s Authorised users to easily access and retrieve pertinent information from patient files for the purpose of claims and review of cases.
Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
Waymark in collaboration with IBM Consulting Services defined and designed a data warehouse and business intelligence strategy for a Southern African Revenue Authority that enabled proactive tax compliance and enforcement. We continued to be part of the team that implemented the strategy.
Enterprise Asset Management
Waymark is supporting a large South African Water Utility with enhancements to the IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management platform which is used to manage the lifecycle of the organization’s core assets in the delivery of Water to its customers.
